- Respect All Players: Harassment, excessive toxicity, threats, discrimination, and targeted personal attacks are not allowed.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for your account, password, characters, items, and trades. Never share your password with anyone.
- No Staff Impersonation: Do not impersonate an ADM, GM, CM, EM, or any other UmadRO staff member.
- Follow Staff Instructions: Players must follow reasonable instructions from authorized UmadRO staff regarding rules, investigations, and events.
- Rules May Change: UmadRO may update these rules when necessary. Players are responsible for following the current rules.
Keep public chats, towns, and official UmadRO community channels clean and respectful.
- No Scamming: Scamming through trades, vending, deals, or intentionally misleading transactions is prohibited.
- No Server Advertising: Advertising or promoting other Ragnarok Online private servers through UmadRO is prohibited.
- No Disruptive Spam: Do not intentionally spam chat, skills, effects, or other mechanics to disturb players in towns or public areas.
Classic Ragnarok competition is encouraged, but exploits and intentional disruption are not.
- No Bug or Exploit Abuse: Do not abuse bugs, glitches, duplication methods, map exploits, or unintended game mechanics. Report serious bugs to staff.
- Kill Stealing / Mob Abuse: Repeated intentional kill stealing, mob dropping, or deliberately disrupting another player's gameplay may result in punishment.
- MVP Rules: MVPs are generally free-for-all unless an event or map has specific rules. Bug or exploit abuse during MVP competition is prohibited.
- Vending Rules: Do not use misleading shop names, fraudulent prices, or vending positions that intentionally block NPCs, portals, or important areas.
- PvP & WoE: Competitive play is allowed, but exploits, bug abuse, and intentional event disruption are prohibited.
- Event Rules: GM-hosted and automated events may have additional rules. Participants must follow the instructions for each event.
